As our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final. Once a digital guide has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions

We may provide a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

You were charged multiple times for the same product.
You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
The file is corrupted, inaccessible, or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
You received a different product than the one purchased.
